Welcome to Playdate. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Playdate.

Who can use Playdate

You must be at least 18 years old and a parent or legal guardian to use Playdate. Accounts are for adults; children do not have accounts. You are responsible for the information you add about your children and for keeping it appropriate and minimal.

Acceptable use

• Only connect with parents you know and trust.
• Don't use Playdate to harass, harm, or collect information about other families or their children.
• Don't misuse, disrupt, or attempt to breach the service.
• You're responsible for your own arrangements. Always use your own judgment about who your children spend time with.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you add. You grant us permission to store and display it as needed to operate the service (for example, showing your playdate requests to families you invite).

Safety disclaimer

Playdate is a coordination tool. We do not verify the identity, background, or conduct of any user. We are not responsible for interactions between families that occur through or outside the app. Supervise your children and arrange playdates at your own discretion.

No warranty & limitation of liability

Playdate is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
